It has been designed to fully optimize the installation costs of solar panels, thanks to its great terrain adaptability and multiple foundation systems, and to extend the life of the installation, due to the robustness of the structures and the quality and durability of its manufacturing materials.

STI-F3TM is a monopost structure up to 4 meters wide, able to house configurations of 2 models vertically or 4 models horizontally.

It has been specifically designed to adapt to steep slopes (N-S) and can be attached by direct pile driving, although other types of foundation options are possible.

It has been calculated according to the local regulations applicable in each country, CFE, NCH, AS/NZS, or the main international standards, ASCE and Eurocode.

It is modular and adapts to the electrical configuration and needs of the project, providing maximum optimization, with modules of 60 cells and tilts of between 25 and 35°.

Instalation and maintenance

Thanks to the simplicity of its structure and its modular design, minimal installation time is required. In addition, the learning curve for its assembly is very fast, eliminating downtime and enabling the quick training of installers. 

  • The dimensions and weights of the components of the structures have been optimized so the use of machinery for their handling is not necessary. 
  • The number of references that make up the structures has been reduced, facilitating their control and recognition on site. 
  • 100% bolted joints. No need for welding, cutting or drilling on site for their installation.
  • Compatible with all  photovoltaic modules on the market with retaining bolts, rivets or cramps.
  • Great adaptability to terrain and adjustment to slopes. High tolerances for foundation positioning error, both on the three axes (X, Y, Z) and rotation on the Y and Z axes.
  • Assembly tools provided to facilitate assembly without needing constant metric verifications.

What's more, the wide variety of foundations to which it adapts means the STI-F3TM structures can be installed on all types of terrain, minimizing and even eliminating the need for earth moving. 

Installation types available

Direct pile driving

Direct pile driving:

Indicated for cohesive soils of medium-firm consistency and granular soils of medium to dense consistency.

Pile driving with pre-drilling

Pile driving with pre-drilling:

Indicated when direct pile driving is not possible due to the presence of localized rocky areas.

Concrete micropile

Concrete micropile:

Indicated for soils with poor geomechanical properties, high aggressiveness or presence of rock.

Screw pile

Screw pile:

Indicated for soils with a high content of vegetation and also for mixed soils with deep layers of rock and granular strata on the surface.

Concrete pad

Concrete pad:

Indicated for landfill areas.
