STI-F3™ fixed-tilt PV structures
It has been designed to fully optimize the installation of solar panels, thanks to its great terrain adaptability and multiple foundation options, and extend the life of the installation, due to the robustness and the quality of its materials.
Characteristics
STI-F3™ is a single-post structure up to 4 meters wide, adaptable to module configurations of either 2-portrait or 4-landscape.
It has been specifically designed to adapt to steep slopes (N-S) and can be installed with direct pile driving. Other types of foundation options are available.
It has been designed according to the local regulations applicable in each country (CFE, NCH, AS/NZS), and the main international standards (ASCE and Eurocode).
With modules of 60 cells and tilts of between 25 and 35°, it adapts to the electrical configuration and needs of the project.

Instalation and maintenance
Thanks to the simplicity of its structure and its modular design, installation time is shortened. In addition, the learning curve for its assembly is very fast, enabling the quick training of installers and eliminating downtime.
- The dimension and weight of the structure parts have been optimized to avoid the use of machinery.
- The number of references that make up the structures has been reduced, facilitating their control and recognition on site.
- 100% bolted joints. No need for welding, cutting or drilling on site for their installation.
- Compatible with all PV modules on the market which can be mounted with retaining bolts, rivets or cramps.
- Great adaptability to irregular terrain and high tolerances for foundation positioning deviations.
- Assembly tools provided to facilitate installation without needing constant metric verifications.
What's more, the wide variety of foundations to which it adapts means the STI-F3™ structures can be installed on all types of terrain, minimizing and even eliminating the need for earthworks.
Installation types available

Direct pile driving
Indicated for cohesive soils of medium-firm consistency and granular soils of medium to dense consistency.

Pile driving with pre-drilling
Indicated when direct pile driving is not possible due to the presence of localized rocky areas.

Concrete micropile
Indicated for soils with poor geomechanical properties, high corrosion or presence of rock.

Screw pile
Indicated for soils with a high content of vegetation and also for mixed soils with deep layers of rock and granular strata on the surface.

Concrete pad
Indicated for landfill areas.
